@Alun: Thanks, Alun. I really enjoy walking/biking along this trail. There's a great wooded area with lots of birds and wildflowers. The dog loves it, although she'd like to chase the ducks if I let her.

@PD: Thanks, Paul. I do, too! It was a pleasant surprise when I uploaded my shots. Wasn't expecting all the lovely shadowing.
@john4jack: Yes! I really need to to get out on my bike now that summer has arrived. I used to ride my bike to work (B&N) along this trail, but haven't resumed that routine. That would involve getting up 30 minutes earlier. I'm already getting up at 5:30! I was out walking Annie-dog that morning.

The light falling across this really makes it work strongly as an image. Although you have me wondering if this is not Dames Rocket rather than a phlox . . love the creamy colors either way !
